Our Story

The effort behind our bakery began about 20 years ago when my husband discovered he was allergic to gluten.  At the time, there weren't many options 

accommodating the diet, so I decided to get creative with my own recipe. 


After sharing my bread with friends and family, we were overwhelmed with such a positive response.  We were encouraged to share our products with others who are also passionate about living a similar lifestyle. 




The bakery officially began in 2013 and is named after my daughter Jane who has been living gluten free for 13 years now.

We are directly involved with every part of the process from sourcing the best ingredients to baking and delivery.  We are so excited and proud to share these products with you.  We are sure you will enjoy these products as much as we do!
